Overseas Printing/Manufacturing License: 

This license is for small shops/wholesale/fabric shops who are sending my files overseas for production. Please only send files overseas if you have a trusted manufacturer/supplier you have been working with. I’d really appreciate my files not being stolen or used for overseas mass production.

SINGLE FILE Annual

This license gives you commercial rights to use a single file for overseas manufacturing or printing. You have up to 200 end products/yards manufactured/printed overseas during a one year period beginning on date of purchase and expiring 365 days later. If 200 end products/yards has been met, then you must purchase an extended license for file.

In addition to this license, you must purchase the digital file you are going to be sending overseas.  For example, if you are looking to send two seamless designs overseas, then you must purchase two licenses as well. If you have already purchased the file and are purchasing this license afterwards, please note the name of file or order # from when you bought file, at checkout.**

UNLIMITED All File Annual

This license applies to all files purchased (starting with the date of purchase) for or a one year period.You may have unlimited end products/yards manufactured/printed overseas during a one year period.

This license is valid for 365 days starting on your purchase date. After 1 year from your original purchase date, a new license will have to be purchased for the continued use of already purchased files and any files purchased in future years.

 YOU MAY NOT SHARE OR RESELL ANY OF MY FILES.

 This license is not for larger businesses with mass production. If you are this type of business please feel free to email me to discuss licensing options.

By purchasing this license you are agreeing to all terms.

Files should never be shared or sold.

The file should not be altered in any way. Includes color changes or any addition or subtraction of any elements.  

All MBH seamless patterns are tested for quality. Please ALWAYS test the pattern yourself before using. Under NO condition will MBH be held responsible for any damages.

*Please always watermark patterns when posting to your own website so that file is not stolen from others.
