• Your business has 2 or fewer full time employees and you purchase proper commercial licensing. 

• 𝗙𝗔𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗖 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗦 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹. ALL other shops that sell wholesale, paper, leather, polymailers, blankets, tape, and other supply stores that will be using MBH designs to print on any type of supplies to sell, MUST also purchase proper commercial licensing.

• If you do not sell handmade items made by you and use a US based third party manufacturer or POD sites, you will need to purchase a 𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗼/𝗣𝗢𝗗/𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲. (𝗕𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗼𝗼 𝗣𝗝𝘀 𝗲𝘁𝗰.)

• 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 only allowed If you have a reputable supplier that you’ve been with for a while and you purchase an 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴/𝗠𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲.

Files must be heavily watermarked if sold in fabric shops or showing previews.
