Extended Fabric/Wholesale Commercial License: 

This license is for small shops/wholsale/fabric shops who want to be able to have unlimited production of yards/end-products for a single file.

You *MUST* purchase this license if you are any one of the following and want to use files with unlimited usage: Fabric Shops, Tumblers, Leather, Vinyl, Sub/DTF Transfers, Blankets, Shipping Material Shops, (Stickers, Mailers, Tape, Sub Transfers etc.)  

 In addition to this license, you must purchase the file you are going to use for commercial use. For example, if you are looking to use two seamless designs for commercial use, then you must purchase two licenses as well. If you have already purchased the file and are purchasing this license afterwards, please note the name of file or order # from when you bought file, at checkout. 

 YOU MAY NOT SHARE OR RESELL ANY OF MY FILES.

 This license is not for larger businesses with mass production. If you are this type of business please feel free to email me to discuss licensing options.

By purchasing this license you are agreeing to all terms.

Overseas Printing/Production is NOT allowed unless you have an established relationship with an overseas supplier. If so, then you must purchase an Overseas Manufacturing/Printing License. 

Files should never be shared or sold.

The file should not be altered in any way.

You CANNOT upload to Print on Demand or print fulfillment sites, (including but not limited to, Amazon, Zazzle, Spoonflower, etc.), unless You purchase a Bamboo/Manufacturing/POD license.

 You may NOT claim the artwork as your own. All MBH seamless patterns are tested for quality. Please ALWAYS test the pattern yourself before using. Under NO condition will MBH be held responsible for any damages. 

 *Please always watermark patterns when posting to your own website so that file is not stolen from others. 

DO NOT SHARE FILES TO DUMP SITES. If found, you will be banned from group and and licensing or drive access will be revoked immediately.
