Small Shop Commercial License: 

Handmade clothing shops do NOT need this license unless you are selling MORE than 200 end products. If you are selling 200+ up then you MUST purchase this license.

This commercial license is for small business with up to 2 employees. Small business includes, tumblers, blankets, shipping materials, sublimation/DTF, vinyl, leather, etc. 

This license allows commercial use of one file with production of up to 200 yards/end products. You must purchase one license along with the file you plan on using commercially. If you already bought the file and are purchasing license afterwards, please note the file name at checkout.

Once you’ve reached 200 end products, you must purchase the Extended Licensing for unlimited usage.

This license is NOT for larger business with mass production. If you are a larger business please email me to further discuss licensing.

YOU MAY NOT SHARE, EDIT, OR RESELL ANY OF MY FILES.

Wholesale shops must purchase an EXTENDED COMMERICAL LICENSE. 

By purchasing this license, you are agreeing to terms.

Overseas Printing/Production is NOT allowed unless you have an established relationship with an overseas supplier. If so, then you must purchase an Overseas Manufacturing/Printing License. 

Files should never be shared or sold.

The file should not be altered in any way.

You CANNOT upload to Print on Demand or print fulfillment sites, (including but not limited to, Amazon, Zazzle, Spoonflower, etc.), unless You purchase a Bamboo/Manufacturing/POD license.

 You may NOT claim the artwork as your own. All MBH seamless patterns are tested for quality. Please ALWAYS test the pattern yourself before using. Under NO condition will MBH be held responsible for any damages. 

 *Please always watermark patterns when posting to your own website so that file is not stolen from others. 

DO NOT SHARE FILES TO DUMP SITES. If found, you will be banned from group and and licensing or drive access will be revoked immediately.
